WAKE UP, DIGITAL PEOPLE
Do any customers understand that digital service sucks ass. Im sick of hearing, THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY PHONE.Ive bled my throat thorax dry, explaining the difference,isnt there an automated system we can just transfer them to, cause this is just getting to retorical for me. My phone is broken, it is not working, my picture screen is broken. I just keep telling them go into a store and do a upgrade, trust me you will be happier. If you dont like change, well SUCK IT UP PEOPLE, GET A GRIP ON THE REALITY OF TECHNOLOGY, cause the ignorance of not knowing what you have, just makes our jobs a lot more harder.

I had a customer bitching about her 2 lines of service. One not working the other hardly working inside. I tell her does it happen everywhere she goes, of course. It's the phone here's GSM.
BITCH, BITCH!!! I feel you guys should give everything for free because of your crappy service.
Thats nice and all but you are worth $7.00 to us on each line, please cancel and give us the ETF for both lines, PLEASE!!! By all means TRY and fight it too because I want to see you suffer for being such a dildo.

The thing I hate about when I have to do do 2g care is the actual number of customers that think problems with TDMA is because of cingular and never heard of GSM and thinks GSM is because of Cingular, so many do not understand well actually the merger gave more options for TDMA because b4 that ATT was getting rid of it they stopped actively selling the service almost 2 years ago before the thought of putting ATT up for sale. If it was not for the merger I think there be a heck of lot less TDMA customers and more on GSM now.
