Is there no end to the insanity?
If one more orange rep tells me im in the wrong market area when transfering im gonna ****in freak right out... Why the hell are there a million options for care and whatever the **** tellegence is.... deffinatly not intellegence.... like for the love of all thats unholy why the **** are there s many options I though our IVR was bad but this just takes the cake. I'm starting to think i should use their cold transfer strategy and say, "well its on the orange sid that all i need to know" and BAAM!!! no longer my problem

WHAT THE HELL!!!... I dont care about how many transfers I've done, why are we getting in **** for doing this too much, if you gotta transfer you gotta transfer. Its a loose loose situation, if you transfer then you get in **** for doing it cause its 1 more against you, and if you give them the external number then its a no on quality as its not 1 call resolution. MAKE UP YOU ****ING MIND, TRANSFER OR DONT. FUUUUCCCKKK!!!!!!

cingular uses two programs. Care and Telegence. both programs use different area codes.
if you think its annoying to be transferred around, try being a Cingular person who keeps getting calls that they cant do anything about.

Instead of calling Cingular Care using the number in the priority transfer list, try calling the customer care number listed on the webpage where it prompts you to enter in the number, by entering in the number you get automatically routed to the correct department and market.
