Yes you can I had a guy and girl on my team before when I first started they got transfers easy too because same project they may have to be hiring I am not sure but they got transfers.

Yes it is probably possible. I know a guy that transfered to the Halifax centre from the Convergys site in Newfoundland. (They are not even working the same project. COMCAST internet I think). He gwas able to keep his same rate of pay and only had to do our training.
