ARGH!!

Just had to vent my anger!!

Calling in customer care for a customer, I hear the ringing (you know before you get a rep.) and this fool places me on hold, thinking I won't know the difference.

I know the difference between In Queue hold music and regular hold music, and then he hangs up on me!

GOD DAMMIT!

Why don't you just stop complaining and do your job, before it gets redirected to India, or some monkeys. Ya monkeys, at least they could learn how to do the WEX job properly.

AT&T as of 2/25 (I called twice that day) I think the calls were redirected to India,

You know Raven, you could have hung up and called back. That's what I do when WEX pulls the same stunts with me.

Let Me reiterate for the illiterate

The WEX program is being transferred to India and the WEX peeps here are in the process of being trained to be NAS and/or LNP...
