here are 5 things you can do to save you trouble in the future.

1. Know your rate plan and promos, features, coverage areas and contract period. You can call customer care or view it online

2.Read your bill this is how companies communicate what is happening on your account. If something goes wrong your bill will show it

3.Get equipment insurance, regardless of warranty, insurance can save your butt when you need it

4.Test coverage, Every wireless company offers a trial period, if you have bad service don't wait to see if it will get better

5. Take time to fiddle with your phone and see how it works, in other words get familiar with its functions and features

6. Escalate, yell and scream and say you want to cancel, or mention a competitor... Can get just about anything free this way or tons of credit on your bill

Sadly this is true in most cases.

Whoever says the customer is always right is wrong. Quoting from Mall Rats "The customer's an asshole."

No no, its not that the customer is always right, its that we cannot say they are wrong without them assuming we're saying they're lying, so we have to give a round-about way of saying it.

Raven, quit getting customers to yell at us more then they already do. And actually, the more you yell and scream, the LESS we'll give you. Silly WEX people don't know what they're talking about *eyerolls*
