It looks like WEX RES isn't gonna be around much longer to handle cleaning up the messes you guys make when trying to do warranty exchanges.
No more promising customers V3s in exchange for the out of warranty T721s. You guys will have to deal with that kind of crap on your own.

Anyone else ever call BEUC and have them say something retarded like "oh, we dont handle buisness accounts here?"

I've heard "this cust. is not a business cust." usually at this point I have to prod them alittle, "Did you look at the acct?"
"Oh, ok I gonna have to transfer the cust. back to wex anyway."
"Um...I'm a wex agent."
"Ok...what is the situation with the cust."
"He wants a new phone."
"Oh...we don't have any phones."
At this point I usually get an awid and state, "Cust said he wants to talk to you."
"Oh, fine bring the cust. through"
Jeez, what kind of training do you go through to be that mentally divergent.

Hey now, I don't promise anyone a V3 🙂 I honestly try to do my job every day here at BEUC. However as with every department we do have some people who don't like to work. However it always seems to be those who get promoted. I need to get lazy and hopefully I can move up.

We will still have a modified form of WSC rez.It's just that now, they are giving us the opportunity to get off of the rez desk.For the last 6 months our only way off rez was to get promoted, get fired, or quit. 👿

Im in the new orange beuc, which realy is the catch all queue, but thats another story. I only talked to the blue wex res once and it was on the east coast, and they were very helpfull. Not all of us are idiots.

Oh definitely, not all. There's just enough of them over there that we dread getting calls about stuff that the idiots have promised. V3 for T721... NEW phone on third exchange... ORANGE phone for blue. Um, we can't do any of that.
