Damn that must be nice with the 10 minutes in between calls. We had 4 minutes at the start of the day now we are down to 2 minutes.

Did everyone decide to start calling in late or what? I can remember at this point in time getting anywhere from 15-25 minutes. I hate being the last call center to be converted to Cingular.

Life can either get me my new job or make Cingular pull off the freaking migration from Digital to GSM already!!!
