Go Phone's are for the financially impaired. No credit checks, etc....of course naming it Ghetto Phone might actually sell. Then everyone would know whats up with that service. I hate to say it though. When a Go phone cust. actually makes it to me. I love crushing them with the only two options they have for repair.
1. manufacturer: takes forever and they don't even fix the phone usually.

I just spent 5 days straight on GoFon Split. First few days I hated it then monday I got switched back to split 35 which is post paid regular contract phones. On a Monday, my absoloute favourite day in this center!
First day on GoFon: Guy calls in, had made a payment 4 or 5 days previous for about $60 and had used all of his minutes. Wanted to know why his balance was gone because of course "I never use my fon that much!" Of course not Sir. Anyways, he wanted a copy of his call details to prove it. GoFon doesn't get a paper bill, I can't send one out, nor could I fax him his call detail as he requested as advised by floor support. Suggested OCS, but he...
