Some people's children
I tired to xplain to this dumbass that he can't start a svc with a company that doesn't exist...for some reason he couldn't wrap his puny brain around that & kept saying that we were not upholding our end of his contract so I told him: sir - we are upholding your current contract what you are wanting to do is start a new line of svc & a new contract for all of your lines....

Oh, that was so funny I forgot to laugh.
Why can't you be nice?
not trying to be mean, but forgetting to laugh? you forgot how to laugh or you just didn't because it slipped your mind?
Customer calls in looked at her gsm account, has not paid a bill in 4 months, talks a rep into waiving her ETF(spouted loyalty), then has the nerve to say we needs to give her credit on the bill to help her avoid a collection, i was trying to be nice, and not let her push the issue, but since she did and demanded i review it or else the "magical words" i'll get you fired.
So i did, thankfully i am dual trained- so trained on tdma billing systes with active passwords, and gsm systems and passwords.
The cust had 5 accounts on tdma, 2 cancelled, 2 cancelled and written off as bad debts, and her cuirrent tdma account.
Her Gsm account was about to be w...

LOL
I'd love to say "Yes, please do go, as fast as your little legs can carry you, to the Verizon store to get an account at Verizon. PLEEEEEEASE do us a favor and not pay them the same way you didn't pay us! That is the best possible thing you could do for us!"
jeeeeez
I had a guy who had his girlfriend call in for him, and then got pissed off because he was going to receive the same make/model back from us (insurance). I could hear him in the background saying, "F them! Just hang up on the F'ers! I want a cool phone!"
He was in his 20's, at least.
WTF????
This is for multi-line plans only in an effort to help those not wanting to have to migrate all the lines at the same time and those who want to keep just 1 invoice. (instead of having 2 bills if not all lines are migrated at the same time)
But yes, from your description the guy sounded like a winner. đ
I called Sales and they said they cannot activate a new line of service on AWS Digital/GSM.
No you cannot do anything with AWS anymore,no TL nobody can authorize it, customer HAVE to take Cingular now.
Damnit damn my grammer and spelling mistakes.
so - magical trevor.....you might wanna check around your msn list for dustbunnies
They also if you have edge yanked out the add line sales points off the edge site.
The same e-mail says too that if they wanna change their plan they lose all promotions too, unless they migrate, i'll post it tmorrow, since i have a problem with my inbox right now, anybody who needs it or needs clarification let me know.
I had a long metting with my TL on it, so i got full clarification on it.

In the email I received on March 11th the TDMA phones remain at full retail regardless of a contract but the GSM devices are still available at 1 or 2 year pricing. This is of course if the customer qualifies in the first place.
Well this came directly from the Supervisor, because you gotta have their approval in order to order it, and they said no contract pricing since cingular does not want any contract beyond what they have already. They are trying to make it harder to stay on blue, thats the point!!
My email came from an Operations Manager. đ
Customer has 4 lines of service on a shared package, and the main line phone breaks, and needs a new phone do you ?????
A) sell him a blue phone without contract renewal so that all lines have the previous contract end date.
B)Sell hima blue phone with a discount with contract renewal, now remember with a shared plan, that they ALL must have the same contract end date, so by renewing 1 line they all get renewed, so either you do it, or CRM does, since the family plan has to have the same end date.
C)migrate them over to cingular since locking them into a contract on blue for a phone they still pay means that when they will, they...

B would come in second as a benefit to the customer, but it is contrary to Cingular's goal of getting accounts consolidated on one system. Perhaps we could sell new with one year renewals as to not go past Cingular's target date? However, sale of blue phones is greatly restricted due to the shortage of blue phones and the fact that ATTWS no longer exists.
C could potentially benefit the customer most, depending on what they want exactly. Maybe all phones are around a year old and they are willing to upgrade all phones. Why would we not encourage them to migrate?
All three have their benefits. It a...
