Ive been trying to get the customers to come to phone scoop, but to no avail so far.

I have to say. I went there. They don't want the help from us. Yes I agree sometimes in the past we have gotten out of hand. But that doesnt mean we don't try to help people. Even if we go to that site, if our name doesnt have something from the moderater saying we are an employee, they wont listen so im not gonna waste time arguing ill stick to phone scoop where people appreciate us helping them without them hav...

Sorry they did that to you though. ☹️ Its not fair all you were trying to do is help someone.
Cingular is a whole different ball of wax, the customer gets one shot at the 'misinfo crap' one time per year period- not for misinfo different issues, just that misinfo perios. you get one bite per year formisinfo, then no more at all for the next year.they make the customer assume responsibility of their plan and serices and bills.
