Hey Folks, if you're really interested in answering customer's questions, why not log into http://forums.cingular.com/attws?

Ive been trying to get the customers to come to phone scoop, but to no avail so far.

Lots customers, lotsa questions, no reps to answer the questions

I have to say. I went there. They don't want the help from us. Yes I agree sometimes in the past we have gotten out of hand. But that doesnt mean we don't try to help people. Even if we go to that site, if our name doesnt have something from the moderater saying we are an employee, they wont listen so im not gonna waste time arguing ill stick to phone scoop where people appreciate us helping them without them hav...

Oh yea. Don't worry I do plan on posting a few things on there. Like under your topic, something along the lines of, "Why would we give you incorrect information when we are the ones you are going to be calling and crying and whining to? We will give you the correct info so we DON'T get the call!"

After the last reply on that post, I honestly could not care if they get the help they need. Imagine how pissed off I am, trying to help out and being spoken rudly to.

I dont understand why they act like that. I was more then willing to check it out and see if I could help anyone but after reading that. Im not wasting my time.

Sorry they did that to you though. ☹️ Its not fair all you were trying to do is help someone.

Its real simple, i am sorry to say this, since it work for them, but attws bred rude ignorant people, and taught them that if they did not like the answer that callback till they got the right answer, and believe what you want to, cus if you are wrong,they say the magic words " misinformation" so then the company whips out the checkbook, unless they got credit for the same issue previously.

Cingular is a whole different ball of wax, the customer gets one shot at the 'misinfo crap' one time per year period- not for misinfo different issues, just that misinfo perios. you get one bite per year formisinfo, then no more at all for the next year.they make the customer assume responsibility of their plan and serices and bills.

Exactly. When I was still blue I didnt realize that site existed and that was where a lot of the information they got was coming from but your right. In so many ways.
