Renew Promos a Misteak!
I just had customer who was in Florida, and was having problems with his reception, TDMA of course, we all know the GSM network covers much more of Florida then our TDMA network does. I offered the GSM like I do on every call, but the customer simply roared out laughing at me when I told him he would be trading 1150 anytime mins for 450 rollover mins.
Not that I blame the customer, but Im tried of being laughed at all the time as a result of these renew promos.

Let them stay with their old phone and horrible service then. If they know their options, then you've done your job. The choice is up to them.

A complaint I never hear as a business end user care rep, they still bitch about forfeiting 700 minutes for the simple benefit of rollover, but I have the advantage of being able to offer BLUE GSM to a business customer, compared to the consumer sucktomers (misspelling on purpose) who aren't left with a choice
