Four Hours Of Training?

Ok when I started with company 2 years ago I got 8 weeks of traning...now we have merged with cingular and they sent us to a four hour traning class and want us to know every policy that cingular has and if we happen to miss up just once they jump all over us and we can get a written warning....come on do they really think that with only four hours of training I will be about to much more then answer the phone "Thank You For Call Cingular Wireless"? I really do like to help my customers out and with the old systems I could do all most anything they needed and if I could not do it I knew someone who could....now I am as lost as an monkey in space...and when ever I call another department that I think can help I am told I have called the worn...

Four hours of training? are you still taking blue calls?

Try 2 weeks of training for CSE transition and we are supposed to suddenly know every policy and procedure to use both blue and orange systems and do it perfectly with no ramp up period. Everything I learned in training was "um oh yeah that should work" and by the way did not

Even the new hires are getting 6 weeks of CSE training

try one day of csc training for blue employee and then my login wasnot working 😳

I have 5 weeks of training for blue CC 6 weeks seems decent enough.

i got a booklet (wich was missing half the pages, the other half was all smudged and the thid half had cola stains.), a 10 miniute lecture on what a keyboard was, and was set loose on the floor. 😳 customers beware! im now ready to make absoulity no help of your concerns! buahahahaha! 😈

4 hours training - which I slept through....
but then all I deal with is migrations....nothing else - and my id was locked out so i cound't do that for the first month - got to transfer everyone.....

You will be getting the 2 week CSE training unless your center is not going to be taking CSE calls, then I don't know. I'm in it as we speak. Eventually, you willl get the training since there won't be any ATTWS customers after a while and even new Cingular customers are considered CSE. So that means if you still have your job eventually you are going to have to get trained.

The four hour training was a bunch of crap. Ours was provided by a guy who didn't even work for Cingualr. He was hired to give the course and never even used the systems. The Cingualr systems are soooooo, much better. Much simpler and easier than Siebel.

Are you actual aws payroll? or are you 3rd party? we're third-party and I think they'll stick us with blue untill they decide to drop their contract with us. I can't see us becoming CSE anytime soon.

They gave us a two hour course on the history of cell phones, a quick practice on how to use a Callmaster, and let us rip

The Cingular "training" was pathetic. The worse being that aside from being a waste of time, the Cingular people who came up to "train" us do not know their $%# from a hole in the ground. Talk about misinformation!! Idiots. 90 % of the information that they advised us of, I have disproved. We are doomed to fail!
