To much HOLD TIME
Thats it, im starting with Customer call backs. I have been waiting on hold with another dept for 30min. Im like "Yeah can i get your home phone number ill call you back when i get in and they need something."

Where are you calling? I came to realize that we are not in a "hold que", and that the call WILL NOT be answered in the order it was received. I call a Dept. the expected hold time is 20 mins. I hang up, call back, 10 minutes, hang up, connect right away. DO NOT wait on hold for anyone. I have only waited on hold for over 5 minutes once, and that was when we had the resolution desk. Try it.
