good customers
has anyone ever noticed that its usually the good customers who we have to or end up screwing over. its the crooks, whiners and undeserving liars that get all the credits. in the last 2 days i have had at least 4 customers who actually could use credit but none could be given under policy. it sure is easier to help someone then to turn them away.

it just sucks when they tell that to the sweet old ladies and they believe em. it just ruins your day.
