I used to have AT&T for one reason, They had the best regional plan for Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Since they changed there calling plans while back. It has never been the same. ☹️

ATTWS was the last ones to remove their 'regional' plans. Verizon doesn't have regional plans anymore, nor does Cingular.

The reason is as stated, it was VERY costly and the company didn't profit much from them.

On the plus side, if you don't change your calling plan you get to keep it.

I thought we could only upgrade F175 plans if they were expired & I thought Regional Advantage was an F150 plan. I have given the save only DOR like promo to a cust who has had the $39.99 regional, but I did not know that we were able to upgrade that old of a plan. Are you sure its in the expired section to select?

That promo is NOT current. If you give that to customers they will lose it. A definite NOT to do.

I think all the plans are fine right now. Still think upstate NY should be covered in something other then the DOR. Although i think it is covered if your based out of binghampton. But those people never seem interested in upstate 😡
