primus really really sucks
A rep beside just had to look up a phone number and between the two of us it took us about 2 minutes. This system really sucks.

i know that it does i hate that they took ccnet away

there is a way around the buttons being removed in ccnet
go to ccnet main page where the map is, on the left hand side it list of certain centers in black fonts,click on one of the centers then at the new page it up top under the trnet button it will say search link,
Click on that it gives you the categories they removed the buttons for, just find the link for each one then click and drag each link up to your favorites ans they will save there since they keep them there in case of primus failure.
Primus sucks ass but using this tip will mean you won't have to rely on that craptacular piece of crap.

At least in primus you can email the steps to the customer so they have a visual for future reference if they need it. Thats really the only thing I like about primus. Oh I do enjoy how some red hats when they couldnt find the answer in Primus just said "check ccnet" 🤣

My Primus loggin and password don't work. I contacted IT support help desk by phone and help support web to no avail.
I haven't had the need for it so far.

Primus blows nuts. Like most all ideas meant to improve things, it sucks. It is the worst idea I have ever heard of. Someone should die for such a waste of time and resources.
