4) I have nothing against ATTWS, if anything, I think they are one of top three out there.(Quality wise)

The reason why we cannot be as specific as we would like is because of privicy and Policies and procedures. We can't give out alot of info that we would like to. This is only one reason we have to "kinds" of information and not specifics.

Actually I'm not an employee but I still defend ATTWS as a great carrier. Let's get the facts straight:
ATTWS has a low churn rate (not high as you stated)
ATTWS is turning profit
