Who cares?

This forum is meant to be informative and not "bash" the customer site. If you are that unhappy about your jobs, or the customers that speak with, quit. Don't like dealing with upset customers? You should not be in the business of providing customer care. It's that simple. If you don't like how your employer does business then ask yourself why you are still there. Please don't clutter this forum with your customer complaints!

Ya free speech sucks doesnt it? I agree that some customers might be turned off by reading this but people are allowed to post what they went. And if Rich decides to delete some of it then thats up to him 😁

That.. And alot of the customer stories posted in the forums here are a riot. Always about customers asking for the impossible and them something else even MORE impossible.

You should take a trip into the shop talk forum on phonescoop. hehehehe

i do have a problem with authority and people who try to tell me how to do things, imma do stuff my way, you can do stuff your way, doesn't that make sense...

What makes sense is that people should follow the policies but forth by the company. Granted there is different ways to interpret some policies and procedures and everybody should have their own "style" however reps who cannot follow the simplest policies are in need of reprimand.

Like I said, if you don't like speaking to "stupid" people, customer service is probably not the best fit for you. If this forum is so lame, the computers are so lame and your job is sooo lame, why are you still there? Did your employer force you into working for them? Oh wait, that's right, I almost forgot. As a free person you filled out an application to work with lame computers doing a lame job! So who's really the "lame" one here?
