Yep, I agree. I know people that don't know what it is like to drink water. Excessive sugars cause leukosytosis (pastiness of the skin), and gives the fat cells more energy to multiply and absorb fatty acids. Also is is the lazy nature of the American that makes them impatient, which in turn is why fast food is so popular and damaging to America's health. Smoking ciggarrets and drinking alcohol don't help either.

I'm pretty sure it's the high fructose corn syrup that has contributed greatly to the laziness of americans. It leaves people fatigued after the initial SHORT burst of energy it provides.
Here's how it the problem came to my house:
For years I was ALWAYS fatigued and overweight. I never knew why until 2002. I was diagnosed as a type II diabetic. ☹️ I was placed on medication that controlled my blood sugars. They worked rather well. I was told to avoid high carbs. After I was diagnosed, I could tell what I ate affected my fatigue. I dropped sugar almost completely. Only eating "healthy" carbs, I still would get fatigued even tho my medication was supposed to curb sugar's effects. I started investigating and found an article that talked abo...

ditto lost basically the same (went from 287 to 242) from jan 1st to march 31st. stopped eating crap and actually ate real foods. no stupid fatkins diet or anything. same thing I stayed away from HFCS like the plague. check out the forums on bodybuilding.com youll find GREAT info there. not just bodybuilding but diet in general there is something like 2 million posts. best webstie ever

Drinking water helps a lot to I still eat a lot of takeout but i usually drink at least 3 bottles of water a day and about 2 cokes a week and i have always maintained a body weight of about 130

Yes, I agree with you that high frutocse corn syrup is very bad for your health. Some people it will affect more than others...native americans and hispanics seem to be the most susceptable to sugars. Carbs only become effectively dangerous when they are combined with sugars and wolah! you get fat, unhealthy people. Now too much fat is unhealty too (especially hydrognated, unsaturated fats) but in reality, they really don't make you visiblly fat too much, they make your internal organs fat and cause blockages. That's not 100% true but it's close. Diabetes is a Genetic defect but is usually trigered by a virus. It can also be triggered by a number of things. It also depends on if you are type one or type two. Personaly i am type 1 so i'm pretty screwed because my pancreas doesn't produce any insulin 😛

Maybe type two...I'm not to sure about that. But Type one is an auto immune system disease. Something causes your white blood cells to attack your pancreas and can be triggered by a number of things the most common is virus but can be caused by other things such as bacterial infection after surgery.

actually, my diabetes is caused by a pooped out pancreas. my doctors have attributed it to 12 years of steroids. Steroids release your adrenals and other sugars into your blood. When I took some other steroids to help me with a slipped disk, my doctor put me on an additional Diabetic medication to control my blood sugar. I had to take them because I was born with pulmonary obstructive lung disease. It disappeared when I hit puberty.
