Does it really matter where anyone is from or what part of the continent you work from? I seems like its always Canadians Vs. U.S. or vice versa this is just plain stupid we all work in a roundabout way for ATTWS...cant we all just get along? Also its called tolerance. Learn how to tolerate people, because you never know when you yourself are being tolerated!

Around our center, it's more like US vs. India.

I have spoken to many North American reps who had less of an understanding of the English language than any of the wex or migration reps... 😕

Well, I'll give you that one about customers. I talk to alot of them (customers) who are either severely misinformed or extremely unreasonable. Of course, alot of our customers are intellegent and understand their service agreements and what they are paying for. They are NOT the ones we speak with often, however. It's the "not so smart" ones who are frequent callers to care, wex, etc.
