🤣 we really need to give IQ tests before we sell phones, I'm sorry but some people just should not be allowed to operate one.

I've see this mostly with older people and people from mobile Alabama, haha. j/k

Crazy things like:
* Expecting to hear a dial tone
* Wanting to know why their phone won't turn on, and having no clue what a power button is. ( I want to pull my hair out )

I love it when I get somebody's baby mama on the line who is ticked off because one of her baby daddy's cant call her collect from the penitentiary aka "extended vacation"
Or those dirty old pervs who call in "frustrated" with being unable to call a 900 number at 10:00 at night. ewww 😕

who feels me on this one?

lol serious, its crazy, you want to ask WHY DO YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE.... i mean i understand crap like having trouble accessing vm or txt messages, and even that sometimes surprises me with certain customers.
lol just tonight had a lady on a dor call in and complain about roaming on her bill, i look at it and i see miss thang has been in canada. I flat out asked her what made you think that we would cover you in an entirely different country? ( i didnt mention the 19.99 add on feature to make canada included, because Ive noticed if you mention that before they automatically stated they were SUPPOSED to have that!) I mention it after I prove to them that it was their mistake not ours and the feature is usally picked up by the cust afterward,...

haha I love those ppl who talk in the background. I love the calls where they have roaming like 5 months in a row for 10-15 bucks. then get a bill for like 200 in roaming. they call and say I shouldnt have roaming on my plan. I say the last few bills have had roaming and why didnt they call then. and they say "those werent that much so I didnt call before I demand those are credited too"

and with that note im out of here and off tommorrow

nah the worst is spending half an hour re-programming a phone trying to figure out why the customer can't recieve incoming calls and then finally asking, what button are you pushing to answer....then getting the reply, i'm pushing the Press When Ringing button...PWR 😲 😳 😡

Or i got monitored on a call the other day with a guy calling in complaining because he didn't get a envelope with his bill to send in a payment, so i looked at the bill and the guy had a credit balance because of a credit for a phone a store rep gave and then the customer returned the phone, so he technically wasn't entitled to the credit but i was going to let it slide, he then persisted after i explained he didn't owe anything, asking where do i send the paymen...
