I think your missing the point. no profit = no check. No check means you don't get paid! Next time you have mixed emotions about how your company does business, instead of complaining, quit!
If it's that bad and you disagree with their business practices, why don't you quit?
Oh wait, maybe it's not that bad since they pay you to do a job?
Again, if you don't agree with your employer's business practices, you should really think about volunteering for a non-profit group.

Adjustment Advisor is not a mandatory tool AT&T Wireless must have therefore informing the customers about such tool could be misleading.

In example: I received a call from a customer claiming she had accumulated X amount of money in credits and at that time she needed it to be applied towards her existing balance and she will pay the remaining. Do you believe such credit is mandatory?

I don't think information of this kind is necessary to be disclosed.

Hah. That's funny. AWS has one of the slackest policys on give credits that i've heard of from these forums. They also have the slackest policy on upgrades and a number of different issues. You like many of our customers i'm sure are upset that AWS it tightning these policys up but this IS a for profit company and a for profit company can't just throw money at people just because they want it. Even though that has been and in a little bit still is AWS's policy. How many other companys will give the 2 year discounts every 12 months off a phone. Most don't. Personaly i think AWS is very fair. Granted they have made some huge mistakes but as a company i'm happy to work for them.
