LNP BASHING

What is the deal? Why is it that if a port is not done quickly people are acting like this crap is a suprise and its the old carriers fault. This is new to all carriers, suck it up and set the real expectations.Issue some damn credit and call it a day. And another thing. Bashing another company does not sound very good to customers. So many people call and ask to cancel a port because the unprofessional bashing made them change their mind. 🙄

i agree i dont bash anyone it just sounds bad. how are they going to trust is if we cant even talk good about other companies. my opinion is not needed or relevant at work so i keep them to my self and stick with what the customer actually cares about.

I really wished we would have invested more energies as a company into complying seamlessly into LNP then fighting it. Even before I worked here and heard about the wireless providers fighting this I knew it was an futile battle. Now barring that, taking out ones frustrations on the CSRs and finger pointing is pretty much useless and hurts everyone. I've had to suck up many hour + hold times becasue of something someone did wrong, and heck even now I'm waiting for PAG to fix two mistakes that were reported over two weeks ago. I think my brain will explode before the new year...
