see the service mustbe signed up on eligible rate plan for a period of 2 years, here's the kicker it had to be a minimum rate plan fee of 59.99,so if you got a shared plan,that main line would be eligble ,not the extra lines 2)if you upgrade prior to that 1 year that starts the whole clock over again,3)if you drop your plan below 59.99 you lose it totally, even if only for 1 month.4)If the contract WAS NEVER RECEIVED BY ATT,you don't qualify, the reason i say that is that if you signed but ATT head office never got it **** out of luck.

Were you told you are losing your job when the merger happens? Why do you hate your own company? You have alot of anger and resentment towards ATTWS and Cingular. Do you work for an outsource company or are you an agent that Cingular won't work with?
Actually I love working for ATT, i am just finally happy that the customer is getting it stuck back in their face.No i am not losing my job, and no i don't hate my company.What I don't like is that customer who is so spoiled rotten getting something that they deserve-Nothing!!
As for liberal migrations, please do migrate to cinglular plans, just i don't want hear them bitch about down the road wanting to go att plans thatdon't exist anymore!!!!!
All in all I have no hate for ATT&Cingular, just the customers sometimes!!!!

First of all let'sset the record straight.
If you activated a service on any plan 39.99 and higher on a 2 year SIGNED contract term between nov,2003 and jun,2004 you are"technically" eligible for the customer first program.If you drop down the plan below that at all before you become eligible to claim you lose the benefits of the customer first program, if you have a shared family package the "Anchor" line is eligible, the sharable aditional line,"local family 19.99" "national family 19.99" the others names for the Extra connections over the last year or so, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for the customer first program.

And guess what.... YOU will have absolutely nothing to do with it. Customers who are eligible for migration will have their calls routed to one of many special teams that will assist them with their migrations. Cingular will take care of all the customers that you have let down in your sad little career as a CSR for ATTWS. 😉
