Hello no! its not,its not gonna get honured anyway,See this is sweet ass!!!See this is a joke at ATT,

see the service mustbe signed up on eligible rate plan for a period of 2 years, here's the kicker it had to be a minimum rate plan fee of 59.99,so if you got a shared plan,that main line would be eligble ,not the extra lines 2)if you upgrade prior to that 1 year that starts the whole clock over again,3)if you drop your plan below 59.99 you lose it totally, even if only for 1 month.4)If the contract WAS NEVER RECEIVED BY ATT,you don't qualify, the reason i say that is that if you signed but ATT head office never got it **** out of luck.

Yeah, but the customer can just migrate over to a Cingular plan and get a better deal. Cingular will be offering "liberal" migration options to our new customers from ATTWS. You can believe that the former ATT customers coming up for upgrade will be offered great deals to get a new phone and a new plan.
Were you told you are losing your job when the merger happens? Why do you hate your own company? You have alot of anger and resentment towards ATTWS and Cingular. Do you work for an outsource company or are you an agent that Cingular won't work with?

Actually I love working for ATT, i am just finally happy that the customer is getting it stuck back in their face.No i am not losing my job, and no i don't hate my company.What I don't like is that customer who is so spoiled rotten getting something that they deserve-Nothing!!


As for liberal migrations, please do migrate to cinglular plans, just i don't want hear them bitch about down the road wanting to go att plans thatdon't exist anymore!!!!!

All in all I have no hate for ATT&Cingular, just the customers sometimes!!!!

But I'm still getting paid to **** them over on an occasion or two!!!!1 😈 😈

You are in the WRONG business.
That's just RULE NUMBER 1!!! Don't SCREW THE CUSTOMER.
It's people like you who make the industry look bad. You don't just make ATTWS look bad, you make the industry look bad. Not cool at all man. YOU may not care if you lose your job and have get your old job at the kwiki mart, but someone else may be looking for a career in the wireless industry, and people like you jeopardize the industry's success.

Oh develop a set would ya.In business everyone screw one another in 1 way or another.First of all i am not gonna losemy job,not unless i wanna lose it , cuz i got news for you!!!
My notes i put on the account reflect whatever i want them to say,Next sherlocke-I have gotten countless awards and prizes for being a tight prick and debiting back 1000's of $$$ from customers who never deserved it and The best about being a smart prick rep/salesmen in care?The customers thinks i'm doing them a favor for what i'm doing, when in actuality all i'm doing is just doing what the boss wants,sign everyone up under the sun to deliver to Cingular and they willpick who they keep and dump.Don't like it.Maybe you should get...

Uhhh. Customers only had to be on a 2yr 39.99 plan or higher to be eligible for it.

So let me undersatnd......If I am on the $59.99 GSM National GSM Family plan, I am eligible for CUSTOMER FIRST ??? I used to see a page on the AWS web site for CUSTOMER FIRST, but I cannot find it. I did receive the CUSTOMER FIRST brochure when I added a line of service at my local AWS store on 6/17.

If I do have CUSTOMER FIRST, will Cingular honor this program next year when I am eligible to upgrade ???

I'm sorry . I did not read this thread before submitting my own. How do I know if my contract was received by AWS ??? I added a line and upgraded 2 others at my local AWS store.

Call customer care and ask them to use the AWS Completed Contract Tool to check, if you get a newbie and don't know how tell them to go to WebApps lol.

👿 Basically, it's ignorant people like this that call into customer care assuming they already have the answer and solution. haha. Actually for the Customer's First PROMISE there IS no minimal plan, and no restrictions about upgrading or downgrading the plan. If the contract is not received by the office, it will not show in the system as being "complete" therefore, the customer will not be bound to the T&C and thus can cancel without any ETF. However, if the promotion is still on the account, regardless of whether or not it shows completed for the contract the discount will still be allowed. Also, when Cingular Wireless completes a full merge with AWS it is in your contracts T&C that if anything promised can not be fulfilled or a plan ...

Its like they don't know how to read, write, or even think. We are offering 2 lines of service for $34.99 mo.ea. How many people come in saying they want the 2 lines for the $34.99. They have no clue what mo ea means.

First of all let'sset the record straight.

If you activated a service on any plan 39.99 and higher on a 2 year SIGNED contract term between nov,2003 and jun,2004 you are"technically" eligible for the customer first program.If you drop down the plan below that at all before you become eligible to claim you lose the benefits of the customer first program, if you have a shared family package the "Anchor" line is eligible, the sharable aditional line,"local family 19.99" "national family 19.99" the others names for the Extra connections over the last year or so, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for the customer first program.

If the customer does qualify on the correct price point plan, then they are ...

Let's put it THIS way. On DAY ONE of the merger, if an ATTWS customer is eligible for some sort of upgrade, he/she will be offered the deal of the century on their new equipment.

And guess what.... YOU will have absolutely nothing to do with it. Customers who are eligible for migration will have their calls routed to one of many special teams that will assist them with their migrations. Cingular will take care of all the customers that you have let down in your sad little career as a CSR for ATTWS. 😉

lol. actually that special team that will be assisting with migrations to the new and improved DUAL-COMPANY network.. will be Cingular AND AWS reps in uniformed coersion. So for you to sit and speak down upon any representative because of billing, system, or network issues is a marker of your sad cry from intellect. Is this an issue with a system, or an issue with service? methinks with system, or are you just a disgruntled customer that wont be pleased by anything?
