I recently switched to Verizon because a buddy of mine has Verizon and never complained. I've had a Verizon tri-mode phone for 3 weeks and I have never dropped a call, furthermore, I have never had a signal strength below 4 bars.

I stopped using my ATTWS GSM phone because I could never EVER get a signal. I will be porting my ATTWS number next month when my plan is up and I doubt I will ever go back to ATTWS.

I can get a Verizon wireless service rep when I need them without waiting on hold for 40 minutes, and they are SO POLITE!!! They even threw in a wireless office kit when I complained I needed to get data from my old ATTWS GSM phone to my new phone. I NEVER received that kind of service from ATTWS.
