The future of SunCom

Do you see a bright future ahead for SunCom with Ole Blue Eyes Jr. crooning away for them or do you see them being acquired in the near future by a company like Orange Jumping Jack?

LOL! Who knows. Maybe one day they and T Mobile will join forces and go by Sun T or Mobile Com.

Thats for sure. Everyone I know that has them has so many problems with billing with them.

There was a lot of confusion about AT&T rate plans inside SunCom during the whole thing, and there is still some confusion about them. In general, people who switch to "regular" SunCom rateplans have much fewer problems than people who retained an AT&T rateplan.

Chances are very very slim that this will happen. T-Mobile aquired spectrum that covers suncom's footprint in the recent AWS auction (granted its for WCDMA) as T-Mobile rolls out 3G accross the country they will probably expand into NC, SC, and PR on their own.

It could happen because Suncom does have assets there, meaning subscribers, and towers so that would help, but T-mobile needs a company or companies that have tons of assets all over this country. For example, Alltel or something of that sort.

The future of SunCom is that they will buy out Tracfone and Virgin Mobile. And then they will enjoy 1 year of success before being bought out by Shanghai Wireless in 2028.

You may be right! Now that the liberals that have been elected to the House and Senate...we may have a government owned phone company who taxes you to death, and just wants to get bigger. Foreign policy..NO, wait, democrats don't beleive in that. Positive that Shanghai will be in bed with the liberals.

I am glad that the Democrats are back in power. I would rather pay taxes than be destroyed in a nuclear war that the Republicans are encouraging. Death to the republican party!!!
