Actually I signed up for totally unlimited minutes (usable anytime) back in 2000. Now I've got the new version which is unlimited and unlimited roaming - they're saving me a few hundred dollars a month against what I used to pay.

And now they finally have the cooler phones too. Good company.

Don't forget the company that puts its customers first. How many wireless companies can you go to that will have customer care answer the phone after only a few rings. That has been since 1999 that I can remember. Since those national carriers are taking SunCom's ideas, maybe they should consider taking this one too.

haha yeah and u have service in like how many states. Oh i am sorry i cant talk to you right now i am need to leave by 5' by 5' service area to go somewhere where there is no service i will call you back when i can. if sun is every a national carrier with their own towers then you can talk. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

Why should you even be in this fourum? shouldn't you be answering a call from one of those 50 million? If we wanted to be the Wal-Mart of wireless, than we would be.

First off you aint national if you can only sign up in the south east. when you get your own coverage coast to coast then you can talk. Oh and you guys are just jealous of walmart and radio shack. Only the kind of crap 3rd party sales that a national carrier can afford ๐Ÿคฃ

If you can go nationwide and not pay roaming... then you have a nationwide plan. Last time I checked that is what SunCom has along with regional plans. Doesn't matter whose GSM network, your phone will work. Why do I care if it says T-Mobile, Cingular, or whatever? As long as I can talk I'm good to go. Put all the emphasis on how big a company is all you want, but as long as I have a phone on a rate plan that fits my needs and have great customer service, I'm happy. You're just a guy that has a tough time with the fact that you pay too much for your phone because you got suckered by a catchy commercial and a fast talking salesman. Or you are that fast talking salesman that likes to stand behind how "big" your company is. Congrats!

ha ha all you can say is we are national but umm actually only have coverage in about 5% of the country we are to small to do it on our own we share off mostly other people if u go to california tough crap if you have issues we cant help you with your phone or service drive back to the south east us we can help u there. also i dont pay much a ๐Ÿ˜ˆ t all for my plan. and you are just jealous that your company does not have catchaaty commercials. Are you having performance issues cant get your network up aww poor suncom i am sure they make medicine for that ๐Ÿ˜ˆ ๐Ÿ˜ˆ ๐Ÿคฃ

What in the world is ad&d? Is that some billing system at Verizon? You are right on SNL, it has not been that great lately, but you just have to love the Will Farrell days of the late 1990s. And to combat the quote:

I would wish that idiots like you would actually do more research before posting juvenile and uneducated propaganda. Your undying loyalty to Verizon has fogged your judgment on what the consumer actually wants. That "small" networked is backed by the largest GSM network in the country. You have still not answered the question, "what do I care that my phone reads 'Cingular' or 'T-Mobile?'" Last time I checked, roaming agreements do not affect me whatsoever. We get the coverage and the minutes at a great price. Can you offer unlimited minutes NATIONWIDE for only $149.99 per month on the largest GSM network???? Though so...

wow dude look in the mirror. u are doing the same thing with ur company. u being the idiot u are i said i a post above a customer having problems out of ur net saying i am sorry i cant help not our area where as if they were in ur area you could help more. Man read up before trying to say crap. also everyone know companies that offer unlim min there network aint so great. also our prices and cingulars are the same which a lot if not all of those min packages were started by vzw. so pretty much in a bus standpoint. we give better service and dont need to give people all those mins that they will not be able to use all over. ๐Ÿคฃ

It's so difficult to reply to such a horrible grammatical response to my message. It took me a few minutes to decipher your message, until my 3 yr old nephew read it to me and in his broken "baby" English, and I finally got it!! ๐Ÿคฃ I will say this. You have a point with the whole "your prices are similar to Cingular's." So if I need to use say... 11,000 daytime minutes that I use for business purposes, what rate plan should I get? ๐Ÿ˜• To me. it's a no-brainer. Not one with either of those companies. As far as having problems outside of my network, I've never encountered a problem that the tech support department couldn't fix... or that I couldn't fix. Hmmmm my phone just dropped my call and I'm in Cingular... What should I do?? :...

It's not the "u" and "ur" that is the issue; which I never said; and if I did, point that out please. I think you should get a clue it is a forum not a f#$king english class i can write my posts how i want them on purpose or not. I think you need you need to look at your own family tree since it seems you may be the inbred one since it seems you know so much about the subject. Must be a sore one for you. Much larger M2M calling community with a large carrier. 50+ million I can call for free vs the handful Suncom offers..
More phones...

Does Suncom even offer UMTS or have plans to offer it?
