Is there any way you can get Verizon's Navigator on a Moto E815? Thanks.
Sure, just edit seem 2734, offset 7b and set the offset bit to ON. Your local corporate store should have the skills to do this.

I actually called CS they told me can't be done. Figures one of the best phone's Verizon has EVER come out with dosn't have it.

911 location based. Is that when 911 can locate you? If so my phone has it.
Cool! Unless Verizon has placed other restrictions on your account, your E815 is fully GPS capable.
But if the software on a particular phone has not been made to feature an option of vz navigator, don't think you can just add it yourself! That doesn't make sense.. Given that the phone is no longer offered I can't see a software upgrade being put out for that.. To your comment about lazy reps, you ask if the E815 was E911, even a lazy rep probably knew that answer! 😉

Actually the point was that the E815 of the same chipset as the RAZR, only with a different form factor. The E815 needs a few edits to accept the Navigator BREW app. The phone itself is perfectly capable of handling the LBS (Location Based Services) for NAV.
Many people have done it. No offe...
