how much are you guys paying for ringtones?

i have the verizon tone deluxe application.

i have the chocolate phone and i saw the prices is $2.99 per song. i think thats more than what i paid for when i had the razr. i could be wrong, i don't remember.

or is there a free way to ringtones?

i am willing to pay. i just got welcome to the jungle this morning.

whats cheapass is you cant transfer the ringtone from your previous phone to your new.

i understand verizon has to make money. but at least allow 1 or 2 ringtones to be transferred.

Just ignore that guy he is a DB

If you have MP3 saved to your computer you can just drag and drop right to your card, pop into your phone and play- its that easy

wrong, in what category?

Cingular is number 1 in total customers on their network

Verizon Wireless is number 1 in total Retail Customers tho, which means people that actually know they are VZW customers. Cingular has a bunch of resellers that inflate the numbers.

VZW also has the highest profit margin of any wireless company.
