After staying for 4 long years with T-Mobile, I am finally willing to move to another carrier. As for the reasons why, please see my posting on this forum with the Subject Title, "Issues with T-Mobile PDA Support Group. Especially with the Blackberry 7105T!!!". (P.S. - This posting is on the T-Mobile forum on this website.)

Now I know that most of you here will come back to me saying that, "it's a matter of what works for me best, go with them." Granted! So I've gone ahead and listed out some criterion that I am looking to measure against in my choice for next cell carrier. It just may turn that I may have to go back around the block once more because I've been with practically all the major carriers out there except VZW but I really do n...

I would go with Verizon. I have had service with Cingular and you really don't want to go with them. Just to sum that up they have they most FCC complaints. In your area, I have looked at the coverage map for you area and it looks like there is alot of analog roam around the outskirts of Texas, that is not a bad thing but if you do indeed decided to go with Verizon Wireless you should make sure you get a Tri-Mode phone. That does limit the phone that you can purchase through verizon wireless. I think that there are about three with Analog-roaming capable. If you think you can do without the analog roaming, than you can pick from any other phone they have. But in February 2008 Verizon will have to shut-down there entire analog network. I just...

The lawsuits against VZw are mostly because people don't listen, don't read contracts before they sign them and thn get butt hurt when they use more than what their plan allows and they get billed for THEIR USAGE, including downloads & messages.
As far as the lawsuit about the Bluetooth capabilites on the MOTO V710, the judge was whack for awarding the judgement to the people instead of dismissing the lawsuit.
Verizon didn't manufacture the p.o.s., Motorola did. People should have sued Moto but they didn't. After seeing that lawsuit, it's amazing people don't sue BestBuy,Circuit City, Radioshack, & Sears for the products that they sell. LOL.

None of the PDA or Pocket PC style handsets have analog capability at all. They are all DIGIT...

As a T-Mobile Employee i can safely state that (shadow30092) is incorrect about our roaming agreements. T-Mobile *Does Not* & *Will Not* Terminate any cusotmer for roaming %51 or more when roaming for 3 months & nowhere in any of our contract's or packets does it state that!!

Although i would have to agree that verizon seems like the company that would meet all of (sunilsonia) needs.

After the doldrums that I was going through that you all must have read about in my earlier posting above, it pleases me enough to say that T-Mobile's Corporate Rep for the Consulting firm that I work for has saved the day. As a result of my interaction with her recently through both phone and e-mail discussions, I will be receiving a RIMM BB 8700g pretty soon. This is being shipped as I have been told via UPS Ground and so I'll be expecting to get this shipment in the next couple of days here in Tallahasse, FL. (P.S. - The phone (I believe) is being shipped from the Forest Park, GA or La Grange, GA warehouses so it should take not more than 2-3 business days to get here.)

I promise I will let you all know how the phone is once I get it a...
