What is your opinion on the VX4400 vs. the T730. I want to get one or the other but I get mixed reviews about each one. The T730 seems kinda cheap but the display is bigger than the VX4400. What have you noticed about these two that you would say makes one stand out over the other?

I really am bias towards the 4400. I have used the phone since the day is launched, and have sold it to many of my own friends and family. Its has more color in the screen, and I feel that the menu is much easier to get through. The battery tends to drain quickly, but there is an extended life battery for sale that really helps.

I must say that Motorola has made many many improvments from the 720 to the 730, but I am still skepitcal. We haven't had many complanits about it, and it launched in Aug. or early sept. can't remember.

So in my personal opinion go with the 4400, but keep in mind you do have 15 days to try it, so if you don't like one over the other, you can always exchange.

I have to agree with Verizon1. I, too, have used the 4400 since its launch and continue to sell it to my customers. If I can offer yet another angle... When comparing the 4400 to the 720, I can say that from a warantee standpoint, the 720 is consistently sent back for repair and replacement whereas the 4400 is hardly ever sent out. Granted the improvements are vast in reguards to the newer 730 model, I am also sceptical. Go with the 4400, bro.

P.S. Be aware upon buying it that you have the software version in the phone is up-to-date. there was recently a batch of phones released with outdated software requireing them to be 'flashed' with the new version. the version # should read :TC4VZV08 and can be found under Phone Info.
