Plus, all that is going to do is open the door for a customer to complain about their bill, and try to get the extra charge credited. Even if it is coded in a way that the charge cannot be "adjusted" they will want something else credited to make up for it. Pay the full up front and not deal with that headache.

Someone will "not remember" what they agreed to undoubtedly.
