☹️
In the last couple of weeks I have seen Verizon customer getting huge bills for data overages that I suspect is wrong.

Is Verizon Wireless having issues in the Tampa Florida region with bill on the data devices?

Very interesting. My dads usage was what we thought was too high the week after Christmas in the Ft. Myers area. He had used over 1GB all the sudden and doesn't do much on his device or usually use that much. We thought maybe an app got left running or something because we could come up with no way he had used that much. No overages but highly suspect usage.

The usage in one instance was 297 GB on a Mifi and the lady had the device for over a year and knows what she is doing. She sells mobile phones and services.

Does she have a password set to it, or is it open to all? Someones probably guessed the password if it was simple and they're using that like crazy.

They are really taking advantage of her which is really pretty stupid. if they were reasonable she would never have caught on and they would have free wireless---- Hey! Is that what happened to us? We were too greedy when it was unlimited? Nyah...couldn't be, could it? Ah well...
