Come into one of my stores and i'll take care of the entire process for you with zero hassles and i high level of competency. Just because this guy has run into a couple of bad apples doesn't mean we all are.

You won't save a lick of money by upgrading an iPhone online and i've done this process hundreds of times with nary an error. Why risk screwing something up when you can get a trained professional to do it for you?
