Droid Razr Maxx help

Every time I send/receive a call, it gets saved into favorites. I want it to stop.

Have done a master reset. Had a CLNR and it even does it in safe mode.

You can't stop it. Motorola phones keep a "favorites" list of the people you most frequently call. During the first week or two that you have the phone, Every call that comes in is going to be pasted to the "Favorites" list because you don't have enough calling history in the phone for the software to start making a distinction between "most often called" and "rarely called" numbers.

You won't see one-time callers disappear from your favorites list until you have hundreds of calls placed/received in your call history.

That reminds me of the ******* that came to me as an angry customer when I was working the "supervisor" queue at Verizon a few years ago. He had bought a phone for his out of town mistress using his Microsoft employee hardware discount (to save some money) and then had the billing address changed to his mistress' address so the invoices would go to here.

Well, Verizon sent the bills to the floozy, but we sent the New Customer welcome packet to his account-level address, so his wife opened it and started divo...

I had a customer come in and add-a-line for her boyfriend. Three months later he show up demanding a bill reprint.

Or the customers who want to add Family Locator but don't want the phone to indicate that it is being tracked. I even had one lady buy a phone fully intending to place it in her husband's trunk to track him.
