Grinder yeah I agree I should have checked my bill, the issue is I have been a customer since 1997 when they were Bell Atlantic Mobile, I can't remember the last time I rec'd a paper bill as all online. I have a corporate discount and every month my bill is + or - $5-$7 or so without any overage fees, so by removing the monthly fee is not going to be a significant change for me to notice. Honestly I could care less if I lost my phone I would just got to closest Verizon store and purchase with cash, no big deal, just that I think if the ins is dropped I should have been contacted by Verizon to be notified. Also I purchased this phone from a friend, friend bought phone then 6 weeks later 4S was released, so in essence I did receive a new phone, and I have had it for almost a year without any issues. Now if I was to make a claim don't you think that Verizon would see in there system I swapped the esn for 15 minutes and swapped back, common sense would rule here. Thanks for responses everyone.
