Basically without actually going to the specific location, nobody can guarantee one will have coverage there. Based on my many years of wireless experiance, I'm going to say the first 2 reps just looked at the map and it said he should be in a 4G area, the final rep, probably seeing notes on the account from the previous call with the same issue, may have come to the conclusion that he was in a poor reception area for 4G. That's probably a more likely scenario than 2 other reps, who don't know eachother, just making up the same story to a guy that didn't benefit them at all. I won't even go into another scenario which involves customers "not telling the whole truth".......cause that never happens.
