Anyone know where to buy a hot phone thats not on the lost/stolen list?

For real though, Ive seen the razr anywhere from 600 - 750 depending on the site. I just want to find a decent deal. My carrier said I can only charge up to 300 to my account, so thats out of the question.

My chat rep was a chipper bish about it too.
