Tell me about this phone. I could read the review, but I trust your opinion and I want it in layman's terms.

Best phone in Verizon's line up currently. Best PPI 720p screen, looks great, HD videos look fantastic. Best 4g/3g radio that i've found so far so none of the issues that plague the razr or bionic and the Nexus has a hard time latching onto either. Call quality isn't the best and i wished the speakerphone was a little bit louder.

Fits in the hand well, but might be a little clunky for some. HTC Sense 3.5 is very user friendly and looks cool, but a little taxing on the resources. If you like Sense, you'll like 3.5, if you hate Sense then 3.5 won't change your mind.

Best processor of all the Verizon superphones, but quadrant scores arn't quite as high as the razr or nexus because of Sense. Rooting the phone would certainly take...

You tell him and Verizon has it for $99.99 on vzw.com but they force you to remove your existing unlimited data plan there. I called a rep today to complain and was basically told tough s4!t. Ah, well. I guess I am stuck for a few more years.

It seems that HTC makes rather boring phones. They don't have the edge they once had. I thought they were going to be huge when the EVO hit the market, but it seems they've taken the same rough design and run with it. Meh

As has Samsung, LG, Motorola, and others. They each stick with certain design basics. Even the Motorola DROID RAZR looks as much of a rectangular slab as the original DROID.

These four cores are backed up by a fifth core, which is a power efficient model meant to handle more menial tasks compared to the main processor..."

My friend, that is anything BUT boring. I would say it is SPECTACULAR but that would not be doing the phone justice.

Why on God's green Earth do I need a phone capable of 6GHz? Really, I don't see the point. At that point, the manufacturers are just being ridiculous and playing spec wars. There is not a single application in the world that would require that much processing power from a phone. It's not like you're doing hardcore video editing on a 4" device.

Goodness gracious!

Never fear. VZW will not be selling this phone. It looks as though the Europeans will have the task of using this device.

...yes. It was the best...until The One X. To be fair, I know it just dropped today, but I am curious what your thoughts are on this phone.

I don't have any thoughts on this phone. It doesn't exist yet, and Verizon isn't selling it.

This phone has the same effect as BB10 on me. every time I consider upgrading to the 9930, I am stopped in my tracks because I know BB10 will be out later this year and I'll be stuck. Now I know the One X will be available and I will be stuck with the Rezound. Can't do it.

Finding conflicting info on the DINC3. Some search results report Dec-2012 but a contact inside HTC (whose reliability on insider stuff I question) says April. Fortunately I don't really need a new phone but I love my [Original] Incredible and an LTE version would be fabulous for me.
