Need old pda asap
Looking at something like a Treo 700wx, old,
NO TOUCH SCREEN, camera.
Any suggestions?

Touch screens have almost always been a defining feature of smartphones and PDAs.
An old Nokia Series 60 phone might fit what you want, or a Windows Mobile Smartphone. But those were never called "PDAs" or "PDA phones". Back in those days, those were smartphones and smartphones were often considered one step below "PDA phones", in large part due to the lack of a touch screen.
Series 60 never came to Verizon, but Windows Mobile Smartphone did. Here's the list:

Motorola Q or any of those variants. They all sucked but no touch screen and no data plan required. I actually thought this was a troll post (and still do) but I am bored now. By the way, the Treo 700wx HAS a touch screen as well as a key pad. If you are going to open it up to PDAs with both then also consider the HTC 6700 and 6800.
