I want to complain about a arrogant and rude employee at a Verizon kiosk at a BJ's store.

Can someone tell me the best way to do this.

TIA.

I'm pretty sure Jack Plating retired before I quit at Verizon wireless earlier this year:

What the hell is wrong with you? Why did YOU not immediately confront the rudeness? I don't like complainers, and especially someone so inept to come here and ask how to complain efficiently.

If none of the other responses work, you can always try www.planetfeedback.com.

I had an issue with Verizon, and I voiced my concern on planetfeedback.com, and I had a phone call the very next Business Day. So I do know this will get the attention of the proper person.

Simple go back and ask for the employee's manager. The simple approach is always best.

People are not jerks by default. What was the situation that that you had a bad experience with the verizon rep?

As a Vzw CS rep, sometimes they are for no reason. Entitlement is a terrible way to view anything. If your a jerk because YOU went over the min plan youve had for 2 years... I believe your a jerk for no reason at all.

Pego:

There are several different ways to file a complaint against a VZW employee:

1) Speak directly to the store Manager
2) Fill out one of the surveys on the back of the receipt
3) Call 1-800-922-0204 and ask to file a complaint against another employee. In CS we have an internal tool to file a customer complaint. However it would be helpful if you could give us his/her name.
4) Write to Executive Relations which one of the other people have already posted.

.... That if this was at a BJ kiosk in a BJ store that this would not have been a Verizon rep? You should complain to the manager of the BJ store. Or better yet, tell us the whole story like what you demanded that you didn't deserve or how you were all rude and bitchy to the salesperson.

actually believe it or not I think it is a Verizon employee, much like the Verizon test in Home Depot a while ago. If you look at the BJ logos and advertising it does not say Authorized agent, Premium Agent or any of that, just Verizon Wireless.

They are corporate locations. They use all the same systems and have all the same priveleges as a regular store.

I would think that being in a relationship with a direct report is against company policy. Why not go in and talk to Bob? He is the manager of that location. Or do what Joppy said.
