Oh hey while you're busy being butt hurt just remember were getting paid better for it too! Its true that alot of the radioshack employees are ****ing retards, but I'm not one of them, so its great when people come into my store and leave happy (with all there whatever stupid **** they think they need moved over!). Also, there are lots of people who claim to have been sent there when really they just don't understand we do all the same support things. Also, remember we get paid more per phone, too. Oh oh and! Suck it.

It's just another mad lazy corporate employee and they are a dime a dozen at a verizon store or an any agent. The sad things is Corporate reps like this are a disgrace to the trade. They are mad because someone is making more money than them and they have to fix the problems that naturally occur. When a verizon corp employee who is making hourly wages (or anyone for that matter corp or not)It's called shut up you are getting paid to do it and if you have a problem then you are a lazy no good fool to say the least I am not attacking anyone here I am just saying that In my opinion that is what it is. And if you fall into that category you need to do the world a favor and find a different trade. Oh wait all jobs are like this I guess that means ...

As a former Shack now Target Mobile employee, allow me to apologize for my "colleagues'" piss poor jobs. While it might not seem like it, there are many of us whose absolute last resort is to send them to you corporate guys. And the good news is, we're getting our own Celebrite machines in, so you'll see less of our customers.

That said, there are PLENTY of incompetent corporate employees. Ones that like to "charge" for data transfer or just make bold faced lies about our organization in a desperate attempt to snipe sales. I have to clean up your messes too, you know.

I'll charge for data transfers all day long. We're commissioned employees. If a Customer wants to buy their stuff from another place but come into my business expecting me to data transfer, set up email, train them on how to use the device then the customer is going to pay me.

Most stores policies is to charge for transfers. It's not like the employees are pocketing the money. Now having said that, at my store we only charge people who buy their equipment elsewhere. The machines are expensive to keep updated each year and have to get some of it back. Plus it takes our time and ties up our machine.

And I have one thing to say to you if you don't like it find a new job! It's called if you work at corporate deal with it you are being paid to take care of other peoples problems. I have had just as many problems with corporate verizon as well so don't try to act like corporate is that much better it can still be hit or miss so suck it up atleast you have a job in this bad market and these bad times. Try being thankful inplace of trying to find something to gripe about. My god is it that hard to fix a problem ? Not really but I am sure some will get mad because that means they actually have to work.
