Droid X
Just needed to vent as I am sure there is nothing Verizon can do for me right??
Thanks
A quick google search should be able to tell you how to accomplish both of those methods.

Basically you're deleting everything from the phone and returning it to 'out of the box' condition. there are two different ways of performing this action, one from the boot screen and one through the menu system of the phone itself.

Oh so its basically the same as doing a data wipe of a blackberry

The best suggestion I can come up with is LEAVE Motorola behind! They need to use some other company for their touchscreens.
Thats fine and dandy...But since this is my only phone (I'll be getting a Storm 2 soon) thats not really an option. Thanks Though

Are you required to use BBM for your job?
Why would I be required to use the BBM?
How old is the phone, do a warranty replacement if younger than a year.
The x is a good phone. Not all phones can be perfect, but I've seen less problems out of that phone than others.

Yeah someone suggested a Hard Reset but I don't want to wipe all my data. Got any other suggestions?
There's nothing else to try, really. Disable all the backups and master clear the phone. run it for 2 days with NO APPS on it.
If it's still not behaving, it's broken.
