How far indepth do Corp stores go for phone malfunctions? Do you guys do thinks like complete wipes and flashes of blackberries and droids etc?
I'm have a SMB customer that has a broken X. Stuck at the bootloader. I'm 95% sure that a .sbf flash will fix the problem. Is this something that a corp store would do?

In-store tech work goes about as far as a hard reset in most cases. If a hard reset doesnt fix it, youre looking at CLNR, insurance, upgrade, or adding a line to resolve the issue.
