ETF Question

If i switch one of my phones to a non smart phone from a smart phone. Would this indeed lower my ETF because its not a smart phone?

Your ETF is determined by the type of phone you activated when you originally signed up or upgraded your service. If you activated a feature phone, but originally signed on or renewed with a smart phone, your EFC will be based on the smart phone.

I meant etf, not efc, sorry.

There's no way you can lower your ETF if you're under contract, unless of course your ETF is pro-rated based on how much time remains on your contract.
