When are some new Verizon flip phones coming out soon? I am not impressed with their selection right now but I have been a loyal customer and their service is better than any others I have had. Does anyone know their schedule for release?

O.K. Let me answer the last part of your question first... No one but the "Big Cheeses" at Verizon knows the "Planned" release date of any phone.. The main reason for this is because of the competition. The other is because they do not want to set expectations with the customers, and then something come up were the device will not meet the scheduled release date.. You will know just as soon a everyone else when you see it in the store...

Now that that is out of the way.. The only "flip" phone I think they are getting ready to release is the Samsung SCH-a610. You can look at the phone here on phone scoop just typing Samsung SCH-a610 into the "Jump to phone" search bar at the top of the page. It is they same style phone as Sprint's a600 cam...

Then Big Poppa what of the phones Verizon has out now do you recommend? I have checked some out and liked the look of the T730 but it feels really cheap and not too well put together.

To be honest with you I haven't had much of a chance to use them.. I am still using my old Sanyo phone through Sprint becuz I am still under contract. But I just order the Nokia 3589i through Verizon Wireles, so I will see how it works.. But from what others are telling me here at work, the LG VX6000 it a very good phone..

The LG 4400 is awesome, and VERY solid. LG6000 is good if you want to spend the money for a camera phone, but is is only digital. You won't be able to pick up analog coverage wth it.

Why doesn't verizon carry a bigger selection of Nokia phones? Though verizon service is unquetionable, their phones feel like plastic toys, even the new ones that are out now.

NOKIA????? Speaking about feeling like a piece of plastic. I use an old Samsung, wouldn't mind going to a something new, but from what I read here the talk time on most of these tiny things isn't great--my old t-300 with new battery will always last for at least 2-3 days running 60 min of talk per day, or more. I bought a spare OEM battery, and the new battery does better than the year old battery, but this is how it is suppose to be, right?

Everyone keeps saying the Moto T730 feels cheap and not sturdy... I love mine... Solid look... Solid feel... It fits my face unlike those tiny Nokia's... Fit, form, Function... That is what I see...

I agree with mjh that the Moto T730 fits the face well but when I hold it it creaks and feels like the plastic was not well put together. That is just me though. Maybe others are better.
