Will required the forced up the butt 10 dollar data plan! 🤣

And they made that decision last Thursday!
If the $250 price tag wasn't enough to limit sales... there's always the $9.99 data plan, too!
...
Kinda weird because verizon said that PTT phones were excluded from the forced data.

If you don't want the data plan, then choose adifferent phone. I'm so sick of people complaining about this. I don't agree with it, but I also realize it is here to stay. Quit your whining and move on.

I'm glad you didn't reply to me directly. I'd have to have you check my track record of comments about this subject.
...
😉 I know your good track record.

Which I guess can be summed up with:
8360? Really?

I know your track record epik and that was not directed at you. We get at least 3 people a day that complain about this to us and it just gets old. Like I said, I don't agree with it but it's not going anywhere.

Granted, going to PhoneScoop to get a break from the complaints might not be the best idea.
Yesterday, I had someone in my store you insisted the LG Env 3 didn't need data, simply because his father recently purchased three of them and complained all the way to the CEOs about it to get them taken off. I insisted that his father must have purchased the phones before January 18th, and this "daddy's boy" told me I was wrong and a liar.
After the customer berated me a few times and left, I checked his father's other account (the man was on one of daddy's several accounts). The three phones in question were purchased in December. Even I could have removed data plans on those phones... anyone could have.
I love it when I'm right.

Hey, I saw an Entice sell the other day. Oh, and shortly after the data requirement was lifted from it, yet to boot. Coincidence? XD

I sold one to a customer a week ago. They were a homely young couple with small children who blocked everything but phone calls on the principal of controlling cost as well as keeping their lives sheltered from the harshness of the real world (religious reasons). Their main criteria for the Entice, however, was thinness. They weren't as concerned with quality or battery life as much as the thickness of the phone. People never fail to surprise.

Yeah, try arguing with a customer regarding how little sense it makes for a police officer whose phone just broke while wrestling with a suspect to get a pretty phone with a touch screen, rather than one built to military spec. XD
