Go to an indirect agent next time. You already told us you didn't like the service of the store, which means they didn't deserve your future business.

Walmart by default should NEVER EVER deserve anyone's business.

Option C) Indirect Agent -- They're not ALL scum, just a few bad apples that make Corp stores hate them all.
