Verizon Wireless Interview

I have a interview with a manager at a corporate store tomorrow, what would be some good topics to touch on in the meeting? I have been in cellular sales and repairs for the last 4 years for indirect Sprint stores. Would Kiosk or Store be better?

Hopefully you're not already in your interview. I don't mean to waste your time when it's already too late.

Success at a kiosk usually indicates flexibility and the willingness to dig into a customer's needs to find a solution. At a kiosk, you're competing with a whole mall of kiosks. Some kiosks sit right next to their competition - some even sit next to a competing indirect for the same brand.

Success in a store usually indicates your ability to work faster with higher traffic. Your customers don't casually walk by and decide to check you out as much as they know who you are, what you can do, and where to find you. They chose your store. They weren't window shopping, like at the mall.

They are finishing up the rest of the interviews today and will let me know when they have a result. Alcohol will be implemented at that point! 🤣
