Hello!

My name is Brian and I am a Verizon Wireless Corporate Agent, working in a corporate store. Since the transition from Alltel, we have recieved a new manager, one who allows us to use this site to interact with customers and help them during our down time. Please feel free to ask any questions or PM me. I will browse threads and reply to those also. I am excited for this new opporitunity, and while other Corporate Agents are not allowed to do this, or their internet is locked down, mine is not and I look forward to serving you in the future. The new Verizon Wireless is bigger and better, come check it out!

Your store is not that busy now so you have time to respond to questions on this site. Don't get use to having access to this site at work, it will get shut down soon. When the right people find out that you have access to this site, they will shut it down.

Who are you? Your so negative and you have a know it all attitude. Yes we have some not so busy times so we're allowed to do this because it is proactive. My manager has authorized us to do this, so no it won't be shut down, it's already been cleared but thanks anyway.

Not trying to be negative, I have been with the company in call centers and retail. The company likes to be tight lipped on information that is given out,and it must be correct. I am just trying to advise you what will eventually happen. Good you have a manager that allows this. In our store we can not even access car manufacturer websites to assist with bluetooth pairing.

Be careful of what you post. Individual areas are different. Meaning, some areas do things different than other areas of the country. I know verizon wireless is one company, but some policies differ from area to area. Welcome to vzw and good luck.

Also, according to Verizon Wireless' own policies, we are not to be on message boards posting information as if a Verizon Wireless employee is stating the message. Anyway, just be careful. I lurk alot, but don't speak a lot. And when I do, I would prefer to have someone email me or contact me. That way I can keep it off a public forum.
